Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Every year, 10,000 people suffer from cardiac arrest; only just under 1500 survive. Checking the breathing, performing chest compressions, and giving rescue breaths can mean the difference between life and death.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a technique that helps us save lives before professional help arrives. In addition to CPR, the defibrillator also aids in this process. In this CPR training, you will learn how to use one.

ObjectiveUpon completion of the training, you will be able to independently perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) until ambulance personnel take over. The training also provides a wealth of tips and advice to enhance the effectiveness of your efforts.
